Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping

Dota 2 Pro Boosting sells digital gameplay services — such as MMR boosting, calibration and coaching — that are delivered online. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges.

2. How your Order is delivered

• Piloted services: a Booster plays on your Dota 2 account, using the temporary account access you provide to us.
• Duo / self-play services: you play on your own account alongside a Booster.
• Coaching: takes place online, in sessions scheduled with you.

3. When we start

Work starts once your payment is confirmed. In most cases we start within 5 minutes of the Order being confirmed; at busy times it can take longer.

4. How long it takes

Each service page shows an estimated completion time. These are good-faith estimates based on past orders, not guarantees: the actual time depends on your rank bracket, queue times and game conditions (see section 4 of our Terms & Conditions). As a guide, MMR boosts usually progress by 100 to 200+ MMR per day, more slowly at higher ranks.

5. Tracking your Order

You can follow your Order in your dashboard, and we email you when your payment is received, when work starts and when the Order is completed.

6. Delays and non-delivery

If your Order runs well past its estimate, contact us and we will tell you where it stands. If we cannot deliver the result you ordered for reasons attributable to us, we will offer to redeliver it or refund it under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
