Cookie Policy

    1. What This Policy Covers

This policy explains how dota2proboosting.com (the "Platform") uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies. Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser; local storage and session storage are similar mechanisms your browser provides for the same purpose. Together we refer to them below simply as "cookies".

    2. Storage We Use Directly (Essential)

These items are set by the Platform itself and are required for it to work; they are not used to track you across other websites:

    • Sign-in session (auth_token, auth_user) — keeps you logged in to your account and dashboard.
    • Language preference (preferred_lang, lang_suggest_dismissed) — remembers which language you chose and whether you dismissed the language suggestion.
    • Checkout hand-off (checkout_order, session storage) — carries your configured order from the service page to the checkout page; it is deleted when the order completes.

    3. Third-Party Cookies

Some features are provided by third parties that may set their own cookies, governed by their own policies:

    • Zoho SalesIQ — powers the live-chat widget and sets cookies to keep your chat session. This is the one optional category in our cookie banner: the widget's script does not load at all until you accept it (see section 5).
    • Google — only if you use "Sign in with Google", Google sets cookies as part of its sign-in flow.
    • Discord — only if you use "Sign in with Discord", as part of its authorisation flow.
    • PayPal — sets cookies during checkout when you pay by PayPal or card.
    • NOWPayments — sets cookies within the crypto-payment window during crypto checkout.

Google, Discord, PayPal and NOWPayments only set cookies at the moment you actively choose that sign-in method or payment method — not before, and not if you never use them.

    4. Analytics

We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the Platform. If this changes, we will update this policy first and add it as its own category in the cookie banner.

    5. Your Cookie Choice & Managing Cookies

When you first visit the Platform, a cookie banner asks you to accept, decline, or choose preferences for the one optional category described above (Live Chat & Support). Strictly necessary cookies are never part of that choice — they are required for the page you are using to work at all, the same way a shopping cart needs to remember what is in it. You can change your decision at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of every page.

You can also clear or block cookies and site data at any time through your browser settings. Note that blocking the essential storage listed in section 2 will prevent core features from working — you will not be able to stay signed in, keep your language choice, or complete checkout.

    6. Changes & Contact

We may update this policy as the Platform evolves; material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Questions: admin@dota2proboosting.com. Where this policy has been translated, the English version prevails.

    Cookie Settings

We use a few essential cookies to keep the site — sign-in, language, and checkout — working. With your permission, we'd also like to enable our live chat widget, which sets its own cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
