Question 1

What will happen after I buy a boost?

Accepted Answer

After payment you will be readdressed back to our website, where you will have to go through a short registration process. After the registration your order will be included into our database, where one of our pro players will claim it. Then you will find yourself in a chat with the booster, who will start enhancing the MMR rank of your account. The whole process from the purchase to the start of the boost generally takes 5-10 minutes.

Question 2

Who will be my booster?

Accepted Answer

We hire 6000+ MMR players to guarantee quick and easy boosting of our customers accounts. We also do not tolerate toxic behavior, therefore such players do not linger on our service. Due to this, over time, we were able to form an excellent team of friendly professionals.

Question 3

Can I learn about your Refund Policy?

Accepted Answer

If you suddenly change your mind before the start of the boost, then we are always ready to make a full refund. If the boost has already been started and you want to interrupt the boost, then we are ready to calculate a partial refund.

Question 4

Can I play in Duo with Booster?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide such a service. But such type of boost can take longer due to the fact that it requires an immediate readiness, as well as your booster to finish a game session.

Question 5

How long will my boost continue?

Accepted Answer

Generally we manage to boost 100-200+ MMR per day, but it depends on how high your desired rank is. At high ranks, the win rate is lower and the speed of boosting slows down accordingly. Mostly, we start boosting within 5 minutes since the order was confirmed.

Question 6

The order is not finished yet but I would like to play on my account. Is it possible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is possible, if you do not play ranked games until the boost is over. You also need to make sure if your booster is not currently playing on your account.
