Refund & Cancellation Policy | DOTA2PROBOOSTING

1. Overview

This policy explains when and how you can cancel an Order placed on dota2proboosting.com (the "Platform") and get a refund. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions (section 7); if the two ever differ, the Terms prevail. Words such as "Order", "Price", "Booster" and "License Fee" have the meaning given in the Terms.

2. Cancelling an Order

Before a Booster has started: you can cancel at any time and get a refund of the Price, minus the License Fee (see section 3).
While an Order is in progress: you can cancel, and we refund the part of the Price that corresponds to the Services not yet performed, minus the License Fee.
Completed Orders: cannot be cancelled or refunded.

To cancel, email us at admin@dota2proboosting.com or message us in the live chat, quoting your order number. The cancellation takes effect when we confirm it; work performed up to that point counts as performed.

3. License Fee

As set out in section 7 of the Terms, 30% of the Price is a License Fee for access to the Platform. In case of any refund, the License Fee of 30% is withheld. For example, if you cancel a $50.00 Order before a Booster has started, the refund is $35.00.

4. If we cannot deliver

If we fail to deliver the result you ordered and the failure is attributable to us, we will offer to redeliver the Order or to refund it in line with this policy.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method where technically possible: PayPal payments (including cards paid through PayPal) to the PayPal account or card used, and Apple Pay, Google Pay and card payments made through PayGlocal to the card used. Payments made through Payop (bank transfers and other local methods) go back to the account or method used, as far as Payop allows.
Where a refund to the original payment method is not technically possible (for example for cryptocurrency payments), we will agree another refund method with you.
Refunds are made in the currency you paid in. Any currency-conversion charges from your bank or card issuer are outside our control.
We aim to process an approved refund within 7 business days. After that, your bank or payment provider may take several more business days to show it in your account.

6. Coupons and cashback

Coupon discounts and cashback balances have no cash value and are never paid out as money (see section 6 of the Terms). A refund is based on the amount you actually paid for the Order.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute — most problems are solved quickly through support. As the Terms explain, starting a chargeback or dispute without first contacting our support is a breach of the Terms and may lead to suspension of your account and any pending Services.
