DOTA2PROBOOSTING ("the Platform", "we", "us") operates the website dota2proboosting.com, through which customers can order Dota 2 gameplay services such as MMR boosting, calibration, coaching and related services (the "Services"). By accessing the Platform or placing an Order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform; minors may use it only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an Order, and to keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Each service page lets you configure your Order (for example current and desired MMR, server, and optional extras); the exact scope of an Order is what you configure at checkout. For piloted services a Booster plays on your game account, for which you will need to provide temporary access to that account; for duo/selfplay services you play on your own account alongside a Booster. Delivery times shown on the Platform are good-faith estimates based on historical completion times, not guarantees; actual duration depends on rank bracket, queue times and game conditions.
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Payment is collected in full before Services begin, via the payment methods offered at checkout (PayPal, card payments processed by PayPal, or cryptocurrency processed by NOWPayments). We do not store your card details. Cryptocurrency payments are subject to network confirmation; where a crypto payment arrives short of the required amount, the order remains unpaid until topped up, except for small differences that we may absorb at our discretion.
Coupon codes and cashback balances are promotional benefits, hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Cashback is credited only on completed, paid Orders and may be redeemed only against future Orders on the Platform.
If you cancel an Order before a Booster has started work, you are entitled to a refund of the Price subject to the License Fee withholding described below. If you cancel an Order that is already in progress, we will calculate a partial refund proportionate to the part of the Services not yet performed, likewise subject to the License Fee withholding. Completed Orders are not refundable. Where we fail to deliver the result you ordered and the failure is attributable to us, we will offer redelivery or a refund in accordance with this section.
In case of any refund, the License Fee in the amount of 30% will be withheld from such refund. This amount is based on the distinction between the Price and the License Fee. The Platform has fulfilled its obligations to provide the Customer with access to the Platform, and the Platform therefore has the right to withhold the License Fee.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support to resolve the issue is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of your account and any pending Services.
We apply substantial protective measures to piloted Orders, including region-matched VPN connections, natural play patterns and optional offline mode. However, you acknowledge that game-service platforms of this kind operate outside the terms of service of the game publisher (Valve Corporation) and that using such services carries an inherent risk of penalties to your game account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you accept that risk by placing an Order. Our historical track record is not a guarantee of future outcomes.
The Platform and its content (text, design, graphics, software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your licence to use the Platform is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable, and is granted in exchange for the License Fee component of each Order. Dota 2 is a trademark or registered trademark of Valve Corporation in the U.S. and/or other countries. This website is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or representative of Valve in any way.
The Platform and Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with an Order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that Order, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of game accounts, in-game items, data or profits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and material changes will be indicated by updating the date below. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where these Terms have been translated, the English version prevails.
Questions about these Terms: admin@dota2proboosting.com, or via the live chat and contact form on the Platform.
