This Privacy Policy explains how DOTA2PROBOOSTING ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use dota2proboosting.com (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to the practices described here.
The Platform is owned and operated by:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.
We share information only with the service providers required to operate the Platform: PayPal (payments), PayGlocal (card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments), NOWPayments (crypto payments), Payop (bank transfers and other local payment methods), Google and Discord (only when you choose to sign in with them), tawk.to (live chat), Trustpilot (review invitations), Google Ads (advertising conversion measurement) and Google Analytics (Google Analytics 4, aggregate usage statistics) — both operated under Google's "Consent Mode v2" as described below — and our hosting and database providers. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose of providing its service to us. If you are signed in when you use live chat, we pass your account name and email address to tawk.to so our support team can see which customer they are talking to; visitors who are not signed in chat anonymously. When an order of yours is completed, we share your name, email address and order reference with Trustpilot A/S so that Trustpilot can email you an invitation to review our service. Leaving a review is entirely optional, and you can simply ignore the invitation. Trustpilot handles this data under its own privacy policy. Google's tag (gtag.js from googletagmanager.com, configuring Google Ads AW-18450094154 and Google Analytics 4 G-1232LDEC92) loads on every visit but starts with all four of Google's consent signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage) set to "denied" while the matching category is off. In the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the categories stay off until you switch them on in the cookie banner; everywhere else they start switched on and you can switch them off at any time, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser keeps Advertising Measurement off (see our Cookie Policy, section 5). While denied — whether you have not chosen yet, have declined, or have switched a category off — no Google cookies are set, no persistent identifiers are stored or read, and Google's "ads data redaction" is on so advertising click identifiers are redacted; the tag only sends short, cookieless "consent pings" to Google (for page views and, when an order of yours is paid, a purchase signal containing the order value in US dollars, the currency, our internal order ID and the service type), which Google uses solely in aggregated, statistical form ("conversion modelling") to estimate overall results and which cannot be tied to you across visits. Google may process those pings under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). While "Advertising Measurement" is on, the advertising signals are "granted", Google Ads may set its advertising cookies (for example _gcl_au and Google's conversion cookies on google.com and doubleclick.net) to attribute an ad click to a later order, and when an order of yours is paid we send Google Ads a conversion event containing the order value in US dollars, the currency and our internal order ID (for de-duplication); we do not send your name, email address, postal address or payment details, "enhanced conversions" is switched off, and we do not use it for remarketing lists or to build advertising profiles ourselves. While "Analytics" is on, the analytics_storage signal is "granted", Google Analytics 4 sets its first-party cookies _ga and _ga_1232LDEC92 and records how the Platform is used — pages viewed, clicks on outbound links, scrolling, site search and similar interaction events, your approximate location derived from your IP address (Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses), your device, browser and language, and how you arrived (referrer or campaign) — and when an order of yours is paid we send it a "purchase" event containing the order value in US dollars, the currency, our internal order ID and the service type (for example "mmr-boost"); we do not send your name, email address, postal address or payment details, and we do not send a user ID. We use it only for aggregate statistics about how the Platform performs; Google acts as our processor and may process the data under its own terms and privacy policy, the data is kept for the limited retention period configured in Google Analytics, and you can also use Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The three optional categories are independent, and you can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer; withdrawing consent returns Google's tag to the "denied" state immediately. We may also disclose information where required by law.
We keep account and order records for as long as your account exists and as needed for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Order chat messages, order proof screenshots and tips are kept with the order record. Game account details saved for an order are deleted automatically when the order is completed, cancelled or refunded; we recommend changing your game password after every piloted order.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to production systems, and payment processing that keeps card and wallet data with the payment providers rather than with us. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable and proportionate measures to protect your data.
You may access and update your name and display name in your dashboard at any time. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing admin@dota2proboosting.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and no later than any period required by applicable law.
The Platform uses a small amount of browser storage and third-party cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to control them.
Our infrastructure and service providers may store or process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers and use them only as described in this policy.
The Platform is not directed at children and is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Questions: admin@dota2proboosting.com. Where this policy has been translated, the English version prevails.
