This Privacy Policy explains how DOTA2PROBOOSTING ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use dota2proboosting.com (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to the practices described here.

When you sign in with Google or Discord we receive your basic profile information (name, email, avatar) from that provider; we never see your Google or Discord password.
Order information: the service configuration you choose (for example MMR range and server) and, for piloted services, the game account details you provide so the service can be delivered.
Payment information: payments are processed by PayPal (including card payments) and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). We receive confirmation of payment and transaction identifiers; we never receive or store your full card number or crypto wallet keys.
Support communication: messages you send via the contact form or live chat.
Technical information: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) needed to run and secure the Platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

To deliver the services you order and show you their progress in your dashboard.
To process payments, apply coupons and manage your cashback balance.
To send transactional messages such as sign-in codes and order updates.
To respond to support requests.
To secure the Platform and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

4. Sharing & Service Providers

We share information only with the service providers required to operate the Platform: PayPal (payments), NOWPayments (crypto payments), Google and Discord (only when you choose to sign in with them), Zoho SalesIQ (live chat), and our hosting and database providers. We keep account and order records for as long as your account exists and as needed for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Game account details provided for an order are needed only for delivery; we recommend changing your game password after every piloted order.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to production systems, and payment processing that keeps card and wallet data with the payment providers rather than with us. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable and proportionate measures to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

You may access and update your name and display name in your dashboard at any time. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing admin@dota2proboosting.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and no later than any period required by applicable law.
