This policy explains how dota2proboosting.com (the "Platform") uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies. Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser; local storage and session storage are similar mechanisms your browser provides for the same purpose. Together we refer to them below simply as "cookies".
These items are set by the Platform itself and are required for it to work; they are not used to track you across other websites:
Some features are provided by third parties that may set their own cookies, governed by their own policies:
Google sign-in, Discord, PayPal, PayGlocal, NOWPayments and Payop only set cookies at the moment you actively choose that sign-in method or payment method — not before, and not if you never use them.
We use two Google measurement tools on the Platform: Google Analytics 4 ("Analytics") and Google Ads conversion measurement ("Advertising Measurement"). Both run through a single Google tag (gtag.js, served from googletagmanager.com and configured for Google Ads account AW-18450094154 and Google Analytics 4 property G-1232LDEC92) that we operate in Google's "Consent Mode v2" (advanced form). This means the tag loads on every visit, but it starts with all four of Google's consent signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage) set to "denied" while the matching category is off (section 5 explains when the categories start on or off). While denied — because you have not chosen yet in a region where we ask first, or because you declined or switched a category off — no Google cookies are set (no _ga, _ga_*, _gcl_au or other Google cookies), no persistent identifiers are stored or read, and Google's "ads data redaction" is on, so advertising click identifiers are redacted. The tag does still send short, cookieless "consent pings" to Google: one for each page view and, when an order of yours is paid, a purchase signal containing the order value in US dollars, the currency, our internal order ID and the service type. Google uses these pings only in aggregated, statistical form ("conversion modelling") to estimate overall results; they cannot be tied to you across visits. Google may process them under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The two categories and live chat are independent of one another — each can be on or off separately.
Google Analytics 4. When "Analytics" is on, the analytics_storage signal is "granted" and Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-1232LDEC92) sets the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_1232LDEC92 on our domain. It then records how the Platform is used: pages viewed, clicks on outbound links, scrolling, site search and similar interaction events ("enhanced measurement"), your approximate location derived from your IP address (Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses), your device, browser and language, and how you arrived at the Platform (referrer or campaign). When an order of yours is paid, we also send a "purchase" event containing the order value in US dollars, the currency, our internal order ID and the service type (for example "mmr-boost"). We do not send your name, email address, postal address or payment details, and we do not send a user ID. We use Google Analytics only for aggregate statistics about how the Platform performs. Google acts as our processor and may process the data under its own terms and privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy); you can also use Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The data is kept for the limited retention period configured in Google Analytics. Regardless of the state of this category, we also keep a local-storage entry (d2pb_ga_reported) holding the IDs of orders already reported to Analytics, so they are not reported again; it only remembers which orders were already reported.
Google Ads conversion measurement. When "Advertising Measurement" is on, the ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals are "granted" and Google Ads may set its advertising cookies (for example _gcl_au, and Google's conversion cookies on google.com and doubleclick.net) to attribute an ad click to a later order. When an order of yours is paid, we send Google Ads a conversion event containing the order value in US dollars, the currency, and our internal order ID (so the same order is not counted twice). We do not send your name, email address, postal address or payment details, and Google's "enhanced conversions" feature is switched off. We do not use it for remarketing lists or to build advertising profiles ourselves; Google may process the data it receives under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Regardless of the state of this category, we also keep a local-storage entry (d2pb_gads_reported) holding the IDs of orders already reported, so they are not reported again; it only remembers which orders were already reported.
If we add any other analytics or advertising tool, we will update this policy first and make it subject to your choice in the cookie banner.
What happens on your first visit depends on where you are. In the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, nothing optional runs until you say yes: a cookie banner asks you to accept, decline, or choose preferences for the three optional categories described above — Live Chat & Support (tawk.to), Advertising Measurement (Google Ads) and Analytics (Google Analytics 4). The tawk.to script does not load unless you say yes, and Google's tag stays in its "denied" state — no Google cookies, no stored identifiers, only cookieless consent pings — until you switch on Advertising Measurement or Analytics (see section 4). Everywhere else, the three optional categories are switched on from your first page view and a short notice at the bottom of the page tells you so; you can switch any of them off at any time under "Customise" in that notice or later via the footer link. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and keep Advertising Measurement off. We tell the two cases apart by your device's time zone, and every European time zone gets the ask-first banner. Whichever applies, each category can be switched on or off separately. Strictly necessary cookies are never part of that choice — they are required for the page you are using to work at all, the same way a shopping cart needs to remember what is in it. You can change your decision at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of every page; switching a Google category off returns the tag to the "denied" state immediately.
You can also clear or block cookies and site data at any time through your browser settings. Note that blocking the essential storage listed in section 2 will prevent core features from working — you will not be able to stay signed in, keep your language choice, or complete checkout.
We may update this policy as the Platform evolves; material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Questions: admin@dota2proboosting.com. Where this policy has been translated, the English version prevails.
